Understanding roles: admin, editor, viewer

LinkStacked uses three roles to control what team members can see and do within your account. Each role is designed for a specific type of collaborator.

Admin

Full access to everything. Admins can manage links, appearance, analytics, team members, billing, and account settings. Use this role for trusted co-managers of your account.

Editor

Editors can manage links and appearance (add, edit, reorder, hide/show links; change themes and layout) and view analytics. They cannot access team management, billing, or account settings.

Viewer

Viewers have read-only access. They can view analytics, see link performance data, and review your profile, but cannot make any changes.

The original account owner always has Admin access and cannot be demoted or removed from the team.
