Essential cookies
Essential cookies are required for the platform to function. They do not require consent. You cannot opt out of these while using the Service.

Functional cookies
Functional cookies remember your preferences (like dark mode) so you do not have to set them again on each visit. They are off by default and enabled only when you accept functional cookies in the cookie banner.

Analytics cookies
Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the platform in aggregate. We use our own first-party analytics and optionally Google Analytics 4. No individually identifiable data is sold or used for targeting.

Marketing & retargeting cookies
Marketing cookies are only set when: (a) you accept marketing cookies in the consent banner, and (b) the creator whose profile you are visiting has enabled a pixel on their profile.
These cookies are controlled by third-party advertising platforms. We do not have access to the data they collect; each platform's own privacy policy governs that data.

Local storage keys
The following items are stored in your browser's localStorage — they are never sent to our servers but persist until cleared:

Creator-controlled pixels
Creators can enable advertising pixels on their public profiles through the LinkStacked dashboard. These pixels are activated per-visit only if you have consented to marketing cookies.
LinkStacked does not benefit from pixel data; it is sent directly to the creator's chosen ad platform. The creator is the data controller for that pixel data and is responsible for disclosing its use to their audience.
Managing your consent
You have several ways to manage cookie consent:
- Cookie banner — Re-open the consent manager by clicking "Cookie preferences" in our website footer.
- Browser settings — Block or delete cookies in your browser's privacy settings. Note that blocking essential cookies will break the app.
- Browser extensions — Tools like uBlock Origin, Privacy Badger, or browser-native tracking protection block many third-party cookies automatically.
- Platform opt-out tools — Use advertising industry opt-out links at youronlinechoices.com.
